Pros

I was associated in Hyderabad V-Soft. It was nice experience with V-Soft Consulting. They offer the best salary depanding on client they work for. Indian HR is very helpful with good Senior Mangement. they always helped me with all doubts and question I had.

Cons

As of now no major problems with the company so not listing any cons.

Good company to work, but lot of politics encouraged by the HR and team. Work wise you can handle easily

Cons

Payment is worst they make you beg for the money to do the payment and the incentives. They have a very unprofessional HR and team doesn't know how to speak and cannot communicate in english. once they employee is left from the office they doesnt give the proper documents of releving and the uncleared amounts
