      Pros

      Access to discounts I used at the Louisville Zoo for my family staycation. Interesting projects with lots of opportunity to grow in my role. I enrolled in Critical Care Illness insurance and received my $50 check for my physical. Bereavement time-off to attend grand-father's funeral. Lots of communication from Corporate-made me feel like an employee. 401k with an employer match.

      Insurance was expensive for family coverage.

      Greedy, way too many emails, they refuse to tell you how much pto you have. I’ve asked weekly since I started. Got told to just apply for pto and if I had it then it would get approved.
