I really enjoy working for V-Soft. HR Team is very knowledgeable, professional and supportive. Any time I have a payroll and/or benefits question, HR Team is on top of it! I really enjoy V-Soft culture as well. Throughout the year, V-Soft is hosting employee-related events that involve food, prizes, and acknowledgement of successes. I really appreciate receiving care packages from V-Soft. Now, we are getting annual pay raises as well! That shows me that my work matters and that I matter as an employee!

Pros

V-Soft has a high turnover, even in upper management. The owner will not listen to feedback/input from upper management. Annual salary increases are not considered. Whatever you make coming in is what you will make your whole time with V-Soft. The culture is very focused on off-shore workers in India. The company manipulates statistics, but most employees are in India.

Cons

No pay increases. Ever. Large turnover. No willingness to listen to new ideas.
