Pros

I just joined V12 Group, and the hiring process was seamless and professional. HR is great, and I am already learning so much about this growing company! The office is a great atmosphere and everyone that works here has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Pros

A rapidly growing company means that there are opportunities opening up in every department. If you speak up and want more responsibility, you'll likely get it. Open communication, encouraging co-workers, fun laid-back office environment, great management team, plenty of room to grow here. Those that work hard are rewarded and always called out for their effort. Plus, downtown Red Bank is a great place to be!

Cons

No Chipotle in walking distance, but hey, no one can check off every box right?
