Pros

The people here are excellent! Everyone is ready and willing to help each other out at any time. The CEO is involved in the company and readily available to anyone. All they ask of their employees is that they DO THEIR JOB! Flexible hours, awesome management team who do NOT have to tell people what to think or write and great location!

Cons

Wife that is not talking to me for finding the perfect job.....is that a con???????

Pros

V12 Group is a rapidly growing, progressive company that knows how to treat its employees. Management fosters an environment in which people want to work hard towards accomplishing a common goal. Everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The CEO is highly accessible and clearly communicates company goals so that everyone knows what they are working hard for. I've never been happier to go to work every day and I feel very lucky to be a part of this dynamic team.

Cons

No real cons about working here.

Pros

Coming into work at V12 Group does not feel like a job, more like a privilege. The people that work here are all friendly and care for the success of the business. It is in a great location and the office space is cozy and welcoming to new employees that join. Since I've been a member of V12 Group I could not be happier.

Cons

The only con that I have found working here is the construction in the area causes a lot of traffic. I suppose that is not a con for the company at all but it is all I could think of!
