There were no pros working at this company!

Cons

“Leadership” conducted themselves as characters from the movie Mean Girls. They were conniving, lying, and trashed talked each other behind one another’s back. I was glad to leave that cesspool of misery in management as they had no real goals or purpose to achieve anything. Clueless is too kind of a word to describe those women in charge and they wonder why no one wants them in charge.

Pros

Individual contracts are mostly autonomous. My contract is interesting work with variety of skills. They can win contracts.

Cons

If a process on a contract reaches back to a corporate process their is zero appetite for change. There is zero culture of professional development. My contract has salaries well below market rate. Our contract was visited by a c-suite exec who spent half the time talking about how the company has so much debt, which is interesting for a company that has zero assets.
