Pros

Great benefits, Vacation and pay

Cons

Horrible power hungry un qualified senior management more interested in protecting their backsides instead of moving the division forward, it’s not 1997 boys get with the program

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Work is consistent. Co-workers are nice with one or two bad apples. They are union so there's pay increases every year.

Cons

There are many people who need to retire. There is no forward progression. You will do the same job everyday.

Pros

1. Leadership by Example… of What Not to Do Watch and learn how to avoid accountability like a pro. 2. Flexible Morals and Shifting Standards Rules? Guidelines? They’re more like suggestions—especially for management. 3. Personal Growth Through Chaos Every day is a crash course in patience, resilience, and deep breathing. 4. Built-In Drama Department Who needs TV when your site lead and union presidents battles are entertainment? 5. Inspiration to Be Better Nothing motivates you to get your act together like watching someone else completely lose theirs.

Cons

1. No Clear Direction Goals and priorities change depending on mood, drama level, or the latest crisis. 2. Unreliable Leadership Decisions are made on a whim—or worse, not made at all. 3. Toxic Work Environment The culture rewards loyalty to dysfunction more than actual competence. Unstable Workflows Processes are chaotic or nonexistent. You’ll improvise daily. 4. Low Morale Across the Board It’s hard to stay motivated when leadership can’t even motivate themselves. 5. No Accountability at the Top Rules only apply to those not in charge. 6. Poor Communication Expect last-minute changes, vague instructions, and emotional outbursts instead of clarity.
