Pay was good and working remote was nice.

Cons

-Senior Leadership was not accountable for their failures or actions. -Senior Leadership was not transparent during communications. -More employee turnover and not backfilling roles. -HR and Recruiting team was working at a small startup business but this is a massive Corporate Enterprise. HR And recruiting was a disaster.

Good hours, good benefits. I really liked this job.

Cons

It was very robotic like. I got in trouble for being too nice. Not aloud to have conversations with them. This is a place of business. The manager was very threatened by change and thought everyone was out for her job. It was a very toxic place to work, but after I left I know new management was put into place.
