      Their pay is middle of the road.

      Cons

      Very, very poor management. Management fails to set out meaningfully goals and performance reviews are meaningless. Several issues with management treating staff with disrespect or flagrant mistreatment. When these issues are brought up to management they are ignored or swept under the carpet.

      Pros

      Pros of working at V2X: the money was definitely a huge motivator. Living in Kuwait was also a nice experience because I was able to travel to many different countries while working there. Although the shifts were long, we didn’t work the entire shift nonstop, so there was usually a good amount of downtime throughout the day. The insurance was also amazing depending on which plan you chose.

      Cons: the workdays were very long — usually around 13 hours — and there was a lot of toxic leadership at times.
