      Pros

      Internal technical teams were amazing. Knowledgeable and willing to help where you need it. Fabulous IT Team with forward-thinking IT Management. Best I ever worked with.

      Cons

      HR acted like they were the Grand Inquisitors during the pandemic. Didn't care that my team was making great strides during my time there--only that I couldn't present the documentation from the CDC that they wanted exactly when they demanded it. I received it 60 days after they fired me (during the pandemic). And these are the same people who I trained on how to manage their work.

      Pros

      Great way to network for positions with good companies. Accomodations and ride sharing are provided to and from the work place. Able to save money.

      Cons

      72 hour work week. (48 hour straight time, 24 OT) Overtime rate is 1.25x. Zero benefits. You pay for your own coverage. 1 person is $400+ per/mo. No 401k. No bonuses. Working with US military, however no US holidays are observed.
