Pros

Coworkers on product teams are professional, foster a friendly atmosphere, and increase morale. Compensation and benefits are okay for the area but not great in the industry.

Cons

This location has had a very turbulent last few years. It is struggling with its identity in the market, retaining talent, and growth in business. Senior management team is not diverse, lacks a variety of leadership styles, and defaults to the way the military runs its organization.

Pros

Pay is a great in comparison to other companies around the area. The Company buys uniform and equipments.

Cons

Union based it can get very political among employees. There were some circumstances where certain union members would purposely try to gang up on other employees because they don't agree to their political views. Most of the problems starters where made by Union Leaders. Even if you don't have political views and stay neutral there's always problems to be found.
