V2soft does not care about you AT ALL
Pros
The pay was on time and they have one or two more paid holidays than most.
Cons
-Worked for 3 years to become an integral & valued part of the ICT Team and did not get a PENNY raise after being hired in, despite new people being hired in at $6 an hour more than me. My requests for a raise were either met with tepid excuses or literally just ignored for weeks. I got an offer from a different contractor to stay where I am at, doing the same job for $3.50 more per hour and better benefits then gave them the heads up to match or beat it and I was (surprise) ignored. -They do not pay you time and a half for work over 40 hours. You get a pittance of PTO, about 5 days a year so good luck if you ever get sick! Also their health insurance options are a joke - extremely overpriced and the kicker is they make you take a PAY CUT if you sign up for a plan (which some have told me is possibly illegal). They actually ignored my email telling them I was quitting for 3 weeks and only read it once they noticed I stopped submitting my hours to them.
