Pros

It would have been a role that I would have learned a lot from, but unfortunately, didn't feel like I even had the chance to give it a try before deciding that it wasn't the environment/culture for me. Good location. Decent benefits (but not time off).

Cons

Management. Very chaotic, disorganized environment. Very unappealing to come into an environment that seemed so lacking of fundamental processes and procedures (this may have been a factor due to where I had come from and my expectations). Low balled on the salary based on my background/experience.

Pros

The benefits are pretty good, but costly.

Cons

Heavy micromanagement of processes. Decisions are always made from the top down. This company will never be any bigger than they are now, mostly due to heavy turn over and heavy reliance on cheap off shore labor. Poor culture inside the organization. No one but the owner can make decisions, which basically means you wait around for him to be available. Oh, and he has a sign on his office door that basically says, keep out!!

We are sorry that you had a negative experience with V2Soft’s internal processes. The company’s decisions on strategy and direction are made by our Leadership Team which works on internal processes and direction for the entire global company. V2Soft, as a company, is currently expanding, from the number of employees we have working in our global offices as well as our clients sites, to launching new products and brands like our Varchas Whiskeys. As for the "Keep Out" sign remark, there is no such thing. The only reason the president's door would be closed, would be as a courtesy to other employees in the area if he is on a phone or video call or is hosting a meeting. If you look at our history, we are a multi-cultural, diverse and inclusive company, and we do treat our employees with the utmost respect. That is why we have so many long-term employees, some of them over 15 years.

Unprofessional, Scattered, Scammy Vibes

Pros

They can help you get a job quickly.

Cons

Their emails look like a scam and are poorly worded. I have received many unprofessional emails that are hard to understand or not written in proper English, making them more confusing. First, they tried not to give me and my family health insurance and were extremely pushy when trying to secure me into the position they wanted to fill. You are just another sale to them so do not let them push you into taking a position without reviewing pay, PTO, and insurance first. Also, everyone I have dealt with is not a native English speaker which makes communicating difficult. Often time emails are written in broken English and I have to try to understand what is being said. They will also dodge any questions you give ask them. They will give you no training on their multiple portals but ask you to use them for onboarding and timesheet entry without any guidance or instruction. The overall branding and feel of their company and website is sketchy, scattered, and unprofessional. Its not a scam but feels like one the whole time I have worked for them. Avoid if you can.
