love the work culture and CEO is very kind heart, down to earth person and is very supportive and looks for the well being of all the employees and respects every individual. best company for aspirants looking forward a long term career with V2Soft. place where you could balance your work and personal life well. Not much work pressure compared to other staffing organisations. And US Staffing manager is v patient and awesome person and is best example set for a managerial role. great salary and incentive structure. And nobody wishes to leave such a awesome company and would stay here for v longer time. Management gives you a family atmosphere and i feel it like your own.
