We believe our current incentive and commission system is competitive, but we understand that there’s always room for improvement. We encourage you to speak with your reporting manager to discuss any specific areas you feel could be reconsidered or to Director HR. As with many companies, incentive structures are often reviewed annually to ensure they align with both company goals and employee needs, having said we are open to review it.
