Cons:
* I was hired for Software engineer position but ended up working in Manual testing. Zero knowledge gained during my work period there.
* The creativity of the employee will be "killed" in few months.
* The ideas for improvement on anything are "not" welcome.
* Sometimes employees are asked to come and work even on weekends. And yes, you will not be paid for it.
* You are expected to work even after the working hours from home(most of the time).
* I have seriously unlearnt most of the fundamentals by doing grunt work at V5 Systems like manual testing. Mind it, it's not even automation testing.
* My area of specialization was computer networks. But I was put in a pure embedded project! I had absolutely no idea and knowledge about embedded systems. How ridiculous is that?
* There is absolutely no work and personal life balance.
