Pros

Interesting technology if you get to work on interesting parts of it.

Cons

Senior management lacks vision, direction and focus. Not trustworthy. They are only looking out for themselves without considering consequences for the company. They've created terrible culture and environment to work in.

Ponzi scheme for the founders. nepotism rules. out of business within a year. not a real company.

Loud mouthed ceo and directionless management

Pros

relaxed culture. very flexible work hrs. good work life balance , unlike a startup. free food once a week if that seems like a pro

Cons

The only job ceo has , is to build castles in air. He has no clue how infested and rotten the company culture is. The management feel that their employees are dumb and docile , but to their utter dismay , its just the other way round. The management and especially ceo is just a laughing stock among the employees and the general sentiment is "I don't care about this company, i am here just because i get a paycheck".
