Very old school approach to management of employees. Heavy on rules and regulations, contracts department is a revolving door.

Pros

Most people who work at Vacco are awesome, feels like family. There is an array of talent that can be taped into, but the morale is down.

Cons

New leadership is only thinking of themselves, seems like there is no desire to encourage employees or even the company itself. This new leadership feels temporary but it hard for employees to wait it out.

4 day work week. Lots of passionate people who want to get the job done. Blessed with a lot of repeat business. Never a dull moment.

Cons

Too much dead wood. No accountability for poor performance/disrespectful behavior. Cursed with a lot of repeat business. Little desire to be competitive.
