Pros

Enjoyed working with all the departments, from engineering, production, quality and receiving, enjoyed the four day work week schedule.

Cons

Needs new management change, too much back-stabbing and only self recognition if your a manger or director.

Good pay, industry standard. Cool people, most will support any and all efforts. Great VP of Operations. Only 2 years in, but lot's of good changes. 4 day work weeks, for most

Cons

Old culture, currently going through massive transitions. Resistant to change, heritage parts and methods. Need a lot of improvement with director level down management, employee support, team building.
