4 day work week. Lots of passionate people who want to get the job done. Blessed with a lot of repeat business. Never a dull moment.

Cons

Too much dead wood. No accountability for poor performance/disrespectful behavior. Cursed with a lot of repeat business. Little desire to be competitive.

Updated office space and unfortunately removed the greatest perk of them all which was the 4 day work week.

Cons

Mandatory Friday work days. Promotion not based upon qualification.
