Good Products, Bad Management

Pros

1. They work on cool products 2. Small company, so you get to learn a lot

Cons

1. Upper management is completely out of touch of what needs to be done to get products out of the door. 2. No accountability; deadlines are considered suggested target dates 3. Favoritism plagues the company. You get higher up if you are friends with people in the right positions. 4. Low morale among employees due to lack of incentives. 5. Everyone is overloaded, criticized for going over budget, yet not given the resources needed to get the job done. 6. The new president seems to have the right attitude, but he won’t be able to move forward with the same people holding the upper management positions. 7. HR works for the executives, not the people. Probably the worst I’ve seen in my entire career.

Pros

products are good, standard pay and benefits, new parking lot soon, seeing vacco in the rear view mirror after you clock out, chillin in the smokers section

Cons

bunch of gossipers, high stress, high turnover, low morale, managers are overworked, upper management out of touch, years of infighting at the upper management level created this mess, training more like sink or swim

Pros

Great benefits, culture environment , room to grow, and learn. 4 days a week schedule .

Cons

Since you are working 4 days a week at a min of 40 hrs it is still encouraged to work on Fridays and the weekends.
