Full of challenges/Never a dull moment

Pros

4 day workweek. A lot of great passionate hardworking people who can make you feel like part of a family. Exposure to a wide array of product platforms (Space, Navy, Aircraft, Commercial).

Cons

Many old ways of doing business. There is too much talk of fixing problems and not enough doing. Unfortunately, there are a lot of roadblocks to making changes that will help the company be more successful. Too many good employees end up trying, get frustrated and eventually leave the company.
