4-10 work week very basid health benefits 401k cafereria serving bland food

Cons

the 4-10 soon became a 5-10 then the chaos started they dont hire enough people many go out on leave then look for a better job managers are terrible no chance to advance at all no work life balance

Pros

4-10 work weeks are a nice change of pace from your typical 5 day work week. The people in each department (barring upper management) are excellent coworkers.

Cons

New direction from the President and Vice Presidents is failing, they did not take into account previous company culture before tearing everything down and trying to instill a new culture. Micro-managing is ruining the engineering department in particular, and decreasing morale company-wide. Inept middle management that do not know their own manufacturing processes.
