      Great engineering team, so/so ops and quality

      4 day work week, great co-workers, respectful employees, solid engineering team.

      Cons

      No formal training for jobs- sink or swim pretty much but there are individuals that will help. Also, you tend to feel stuck without much advancement in career path or investing in young talent for managerial positions. This is a great place to work if you are satisfied with your state of living and want to cruise to retirement.

      The president (Tony) is engaged, and ensures that policies and perks are in place to keep a happy company

      Cons

      Management (below Tony) spends to much time jockeying for other managers duties. The management creates a CYA culture that basically ensures that deadlines will always be missed.
