Pros

Everyone is very friendly, and they have a good health insurance program. They're well developed for their customers

Cons

Communication, understanding, IT Services is a joke. You get blamed for a lot of things completely out of your control. Not the greatest management, hardly come around and when they do it's not really beneficial to anything.

Cons

Lacking in current technologies, too many accountants, lack of advancement opportunities, skeleton crew (ie. more work than people to do it), less than cost of living increase raises
