      * Company is small so a lot of hands on learning. * High interaction with management due to small company size. * Friendly people to work with

      Cons

      * Salary compensation is not great * Not a lot of opportunities for progress due to small size. Top positions occupied by management who have been here for a long time. * Poor usage of technology. None of the latest IT tools or systems that are essential to be competitive. * People who work here have been here a long time. Difficult to get them to change their ways to a new and better way of doing things.
