      - Allows you to work remotely - Coworkers are good people trying their best for the most part

      Cons

      - Very toxic overwork culture - Bad processes and lack of coherence in the team, leading to rushed delivery and work - Lack of vision despite constantly trying to push narratives of having a grand plan - Lots of bizarre infighting and poor direction in the leadership - Weird funny guy | main character syndrome in company leaders that add little to no value to most conversations - Covert sexism/racism is also an issue from some interactions with leaders - Management likes to micro-manage

      Offers Hybrid work schedule .

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Very racist group. This company was founded on 2016 , but preaches a start up environment. This company has no structure and needs to focus on process improvements . The overall process is extremely manual and very out dated.
