      1. Good pay 2. New growing product so it will be learning curve

      Cons

      1. There engineering team sits mostly in Israel and US team they have limited people 2. There internal management is not good and can tell you anytime of they day that you are being laid off without giving any heads up 3. They do favor israel people over US people.

      Pros

      I work with some of the best minds in technology on tough customer challenges at massive scale. There's always something new, and we are continuously reaching higher and achieving goals that many deem to be out of reach. A very collaborative group of individuals with a quite non hierarchical structure, I find myself free to explore my passions and be creative, all while contributing to the company's (quite aggressive) revenue targets.

      Cons

      Scaling so quickly has its challenges. Lack of clear process can sometimes cause confusion and wasted effort. Working with non-usa based R&D can make for quite early mornings and late nights.

      Pros

      The energy, excitement, product offerings are unrivaled. VAST is still a relatively small company but growing fast with a start-up feel. It has clearly and quickly become home to the industry's most talented individuals at all levels. The organization is very flat from a hierarchical standpoint, with access to anyone at any level at any time. Hard work and team work are synonymous at VAST, which lays the foundation for a contagious camaraderie.

      Cons

      As a young company, there isn't any room to hide. Hard work is expected, but it is rewarded and appreciated. The stakes are high, creating a thriving environment for folks who are prepared to go the extra mile. Changing an industry is hard. It's not for the feint of heart.
