Pros

I closed my own consulting business to join VC3 as the AI and Data Lead in October 2025, and I couldn't be happier that I made the move. The culture here is exceptional. What stands out most: Supportive Executive Team: Leadership is genuinely invested in employee success and provides the resources and autonomy needed to excel in your role Collaborative Environment: Every person I've worked with across all teams has been fantastic. There's a real sense of camaraderie and mutual respect Unified Mission: Everyone is aligned and working toward VC3's common goals. It's refreshing to see such cohesion across departments Great for Experienced Professionals: Coming from running my own business, I appreciate that VC3 values expertise and gives you the space to make an impact The transition from entrepreneurship to joining an organization can be challenging, but VC3 made it seamless. The team welcomed me, and I've felt valued from day one.

Cons

I haven't encountered any downsides in my time here so far.

Pros

Remote work is an option thankfully. If you've never been to an MSP before, get your initial experience here and get out after a year or two.

Cons

Public Sector IT work, never again. Bonuses/Incentives gutted based on company earnings out of your control, hadn't receive a bonus in almost a year before my departure. Not worth the money they pay to handle the garbage sent from upper-management to your level. Tool overload, on-call schedule with barely any additional compensation. They can, have, and will continue lay-offs if client revenue isnt met. Most if not every good worker I've had the pleasure of interacting with has already departed or looking out the door.
