Pros

I've had a fantastic experience working at this company. The culture is truly one of the best I've ever worked for. VC3 is supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented. Remote work has given me the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There is a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration even in a remote setting. My manager cares about my career development and helps me find ways to grow when I am not sure which path to take.

Cons

Not many. Pay is average for industry standards. Most leaders are receptive to feedback and make efforts to improve but there are a few who are resistant to change.

Pros

The people here are working towards a common goal. Everyone is super knowledgeable and willing to help where they can. The fact that we can work remotely has also helped my work/life balance immensely.
