Pros

I've had ample opportunity to learn and advance here at VC3. The work-from-home option and PTO policy are great. The team atmosphere is collaborative and supportive, making every project a chance to grow.

Cons

Sometimes, the focus on metrics and oversight feels a bit much, and the communication with leadership could improve

Pros

VC3 really values its staff, offering flexible PTO and long-term work-from-home options which I appreciate. The open culture here makes you feel included and valued.

Cons

The benefits could be better, and as we grow quickly, there are some growing pains
