The management team challenges everyone to improve and not become complacent. Opportunities for personal career growth as company grows. * Open culture - The leadership team shares business results and business plans with everyone. Encourages and considers all feedback. * Long-term WFH options available. Flexible PTO policy gives people more options as to when they take time off.
