      Pros

      Every employee of the company is amazing to work with and the whole environment is the best I have ever been with.

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower than some other places in the industry but other than that this is amazing.

      full time, some benefits, big company

      Cons

      low wages, benefits are not that great, management by stats not by understanding. Basic large MSP, On call is so bad it is abusive

      Pros

      Company operates on EOS and it shows! I have worked at companies big and small and I've never experienced such a great mindset regarding both employees and customers equally. There are employees that have been with the company for 20+ years and that speaks volume for the longevity and the positive environment here. Definitely a rare find in the IT space and moreso in the MSP arena.

      Cons

      Really none so far. Experiencing some growing pains from the rapid growth through the VC3 acquisition, but other than that no complaints!
