The people and the culture here are great - haven't been able to find this at other companies. There are a lot of opportunities to grow within the company, and I appreciate the WFH culture as well.

Pros

The people here are working towards a common goal. Everyone is super knowledgeable and willing to help where they can. The fact that we can work remotely has also helped my work/life balance immensely.

Pros

Good People, Good Clients. Work was decent actually, room to grow and the people were nice.

Cons

Raises weren't always there despite company and personal performance. A few key people lacked experiance in their areas which made for some interdepartmental friction.
