      Pros

      VC3 is an MSP with a clear focus on helping municipalities solve real world IT and cybersecurity challenges. The company hires talented, intelligent people across all departments. The services provided are both essential and impactful, it feels good knowing your work contributes to the greater good. Collaborative culture among peers, with lots of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is inconsistent. While some managers are excellent, others lack the experience or approach needed to support and develop their sales reps. High turnover in the sales team can be traced back to a lack of support or misalignment with direct manager. Top tier salespeople are brought in, but their potential is sometimes stifled by internal roadblocks rather than nurtured with proper coaching.

      Nothing. It is a typical remote IT job. Nothing at all special

      the least organized place. Constantly looking for answers and not having the correct resources. Always stupid meetings. Never get the tools needed. Never get access to the correct site. An idiot can do a better job in arranging their Connectwise
