It is easy to transfer to a different location.

Cons

Each hospital management runs completely different. It is dependent on the management to allow/provide growth for individuals. I have seen a ton of favoritism at my location, but again, every location is different.

Will help people get education and support to become an RVT Has access to a lot of support and learning opportunities Well established Access to high quality medical equipment as needed

Cons

Low pay Don't value the employee Doesn't value the role of an RVT High cost for clients-- not always doing what is easiest/best for the clients Everything is what is best for the company (that is where their priority is)
