Flexible Scheduling, can bring my pet in, they buy food for us sometimes, considerate of those with families.

Cons

No reprimands for lazy/unproductive workers, no consequences for employees not following directions or repetitive instruction, no acknowledgment for going above and beyond for the company.

Terrible pay, doesn’t respect techs, price gauges clients, allows malpractice on the doctors end, doesn’t keep welfare of staff in mind just to make one person happy, horrible benefits
