Pros

Discounts on pets services. Discounts on products

Cons

Paid unfairly, poor management, incompetent management. VCA corporate don't care about their employees. They seem to not care or fix problems when there are complaints. RVT shouldn't have to do kennel

Pros

(1) VCA owns a number of veterinary hospitals across the US, so it makes it easier to "transfer" if you're moving (2) Newer equipment (3) Sets and maintains higher hospital/staff standards, which may lead to safer care for our fur babies (4) Tries to take care of its employees --> offers lots of free CE and money towards "staff appreciation" (lunches, etc.)

Cons

Cost for clients tend to be a little higher than other hospitals (likely because of the increased overhead)
