Pros

Very good discounts on veterinary, grooming, boarding, training, and daycare services. Discounted pet food from certain brands. Flexible scheduling. There are opportunities to advance within the company. The people who work here care about the animals they handle.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are rather linear. It feels like there is a lot of red tape from corporate that heavily restrains what is possible and what the time line to get things done is.

Thank you for your efforts and the valuable work you do. We strive to provide unmatched support for our Associates - and our pets. Which goes beyond pay including 401K program, investments in the tools, technology and services that allow us to provide the best-in-class care we are known for.

Pros

A great place to learn and grow and spend meaningful time with animals. Clients were very kind

Cons

Worked here for around a year. Their medical director is not fun to work with and unkind. He makes any aspect of any part of the job difficult, and he’s not going anywhere anytime soon. The senior techs and supervisors are cliquey and also not very kind.
