Pros

Decent health benefits/401(k) matching, generally nice coworkers

Cons

Overpriced services with multiple price hikes every year, yet that is never reflected in raises for workers. Never staffed properly and management doesn't seem to care, they only seem to care if we're bringing in enough profit.

Pros

Good benefits. That is the only good thing about working here

Cons

Toxic management. Managers love drama and favoritism is rampant. Employees are just commodities unless the manager likes you based on asthetics and not your actual work ethic. Bad employees are rewarded with promotions and advanced training while dedicated employees who happen to be the wrong demographic are left to do janitorial duties and never get advanced training. Definitely do not work here if you are autistic. Managers will look for a reason to fire you and lie about your job performance in order to avoid being sued for discrimination. I still have PTSD from the harassment and passive aggressive bullying I endured. Better off working at a sweatshop. You'll be way more appreciated at a sweatshop where you'll be way more appreciated.
