Pros

The company took care of employees during covid, with no layoffs. Hoping this continues if we do hit a recession.

Cons

Staff are leaving due to higher advertised hourly rates at competitors, even if the total benefits are still better here in the long term.

Pros

Nice people to work with.

Cons

Employers don't pay managers enough nowadays. Employees are difficult and yet we're supposed to cater to their whims because it is costly to lose employees. Who takes care of managers?

Pros

Only pro is free/discounted pet care.

Cons

There is no room for growth. If you consistently work harder than coworkers you will not be recognized, just given more work. Management clearly has favorites. The same issues are brought up over and over again to leadership team and nothing is done. Hostile and abusive environment and poor communication. You will not get trained properly and yelled at when you make a minor mistake. Waaaay too many appointments than what staff can reasonably handle yet they will never stop accepting new clients and only care about money. Don’t waste your time.
