Health insurance, vacation time average

Cons

Poor management, negative work environment, no communication, leaders ignoring technicians bringing up patient care/safety concerns, no organization, minimal raises, little to no training of supervisors/managers.

My location is probably one of the worst.

Pros

Work with animals, most coworkers are great (management is the problem).

Cons

Management does not see you as a person and the kennel attendants might as well be glorified janitors. We do practically all the cleaning on top of our already rigid duties.
