The work culture entirely depends on what the hospital was prior to being employed there. If the hospital already had work culture issues the role over into the conversion.

It is easy to transfer to a different location.

Cons

Each hospital management runs completely different. It is dependent on the management to allow/provide growth for individuals. I have seen a ton of favoritism at my location, but again, every location is different.
