Pros

They pay well, but I'll gladly take a pay cut for a healthy work environment.

Cons

Inexperienced managers, angry doctors, and bitter employees. Area managers are in a different state, none of the VCA clinics in my area have any real supervision. The company just bit off more than they can chew, hourly employees are left to fend for themselves. I fully regret being lured in, and am thankful that my previous place of employment welcomed me back with open arms.
