Pros

If you are looking to become a tech they have a program to help pay. Insurance is good. PTO is good. AAHA & Fear Free certified. You can make connections.

Cons

Management from hospital to corporates seems to selectively listen to complaints. There are doctors wanting to practice newer ideas are shot down. You either work here for 6-18 months or 10 years. The old timers are not open to letting in new people or ideas.

Pet Discount is only thing good about working here

Cons

The hospital and regional management is horrible. Management never has the answer and if they do, it is very vague and does not fully answer your question. The pay is okay but it is racial discriminatory. I am paid less than my white counterparts and coworkers. All this company is worried is about money. They will cut hours if it does not fit into their budget.
