VCA has pretty good benefits for full time employees, however they cannot be used until 90 days of employment.

Cons

Worked at multiple locations, they have all been not great. Noah’s place was by far the worst I’ve seen. The manager is terrible- bad communication, extreme micromanaging, bad attitude. The management makes working for the company almost impossible. Pay is god awful for the amount of work you’re doing, especially considering the price increases happening almost monthly. With prices as high if not higher than an emergency vet you would think they could pay their employees more than the bare minimum.

Doesn’t even know where to start. Things never get fix and problem never get solved. Toxic place to work at, horrible pay and they don’t care about you at all.
