Wonderful first-line managers and associates

Lots of really hard-working, wonderful, kind, caring people in each hospital every day making magic happen and giving their 110%!

Cons

Upper management has "non-negotiable goals" that feel impossible to meet and they are CONSTANTLY changing everything. The moment you feel you have a grasp on said change, there are new and more challenging "initiatives" to try to stay ahead of. Also, as a manager you are often between a rock and a hard place when it comes to decision making (they tell you to manage as if the clinic were "yours", but in reality a majority of your autonomy in daily tasks and the ability to hire and fire is not up to you). Being a clinic manager with this company is exhausting as you are often caught in catch-22 scenarios.
