Pros

The staff (HM & MD included) is amazing, they’re the reason I’ve stayed so long. The medicine we practice is also very good.

Cons

They refuse to pay us livable wages. Our yearly raises are usually around 25 cents, which is absurd when we are constantly having price increases. The higher ups genuinely do not care about the employees doing all the hard work for them. All issues fall on deaf ears or we get gaslit. We’ve lost 6 employees in the last few months but upper management (who are never even in the hospital) won’t let us hire anyone, so all employees are drowning & burning out.. but they only care about the numbers… specifically the labor percentage. They love to tout that they offer all these great benefits for insurance but you pay an exorbitant amount for it off of every paycheck. I could go on and on about all the bureaucratic BS, but hopefully this is enough.

Thank you for your service and for the care you provided as part of the emergency team in Concord. Your words reflect a deep commitment to your patients and your colleagues, and we want to acknowledge the impact you’ve made—not just through your clinical skills, but through your compassion and advocacy. We understand the concerns you’ve raised. When those closest to patient care feel unheard, it’s a signal we must take seriously. Your perspective is important, and it reminds us that the strength of our organization depends on the wellbeing and trust of our teams. If you’re open to continuing the conversation, we would welcome the opportunity to learn more from you. Your experience matters, and your voice helps guide how we move forward toward an even more inclusive culture that better supports those who dedicate themselves to healing. Thank you again for your time, your honesty, and most of all, your care.
