Lots of programs and opportunities for employees.

Cons

Never get a full 40 hr week. Pay raise often depends on how much you can bring to the hospital. Growth is a lot harder in smaller hospitals.

Great benefits. Good work culture. Growth opportunities.

Cons

Pay is low. Full time does not mean you will get full time. They don't want you getting close to 40 hours a week.

Good discounts for your own pets' veterinary care

Cons

Care Club is a pain to deal with and push onto clients. Ridiculously expensive care, even for basic and routine care. Forced "family" culture throughout the corporation. Low pay for a high stress job.
