Pros
Great employee pet benefits. Awesome hospital manager, vets, and technicians.
Cons
-very little room for a raise -no holiday switches (i.e. if one person is working the kennel, they do work it EVERY holiday and are not asked if they want time off to spend with their family or a technician has off from Christmas until after New Year's Day). -extremely low pay for the amount of work that is done. Way below the pay market (we may not do it for the money, but it'd be nice to not worry how we're going to pay bill's and medical expenses each month as well as if we're going to be able to eat). -people who complain about needing extra hours but won't take your shift if you need to have off or have to have off; then turn around and STILL complain about it after taking your shift. -the inability to advance up the ladder.
